WARMED PB APPLE CRISP!
This is by far one of my favorites! This is a combination of both carbs and protein, which gives you the nutrients that is needed. I used to feel extreme dizziness, especially during an intense swim or cardio workout. But with this nutritious snack, there is none of that!
All you need is
- A piece of multigrain California sprouted toast or two!!! Listen to your body;)
- Kirkland organic peanut butter I get mine from Costco
- Honey crisp apple
SOO what you gotta do with this apple is cut it in mini pieces, get a pan, spray that baby, and throw the apples on it. Sprinkle cinnamon on those apples, let it sit, and make sure to shake the pan so both sides cook. You will start to know its being cooked. I kinda like mine burnt, it tastes good:))
- Cinnamon
- Organic Wholesome Pantry Honey
So you just place the peanut butter on the toast, and then put the apple on the toast. Here comes my favorite part, throw some honey and cinnamon on it! Thats the best part:) ENJOY!!
CLASSIC PB PROTEIN BITES
So my dad and I always have my "good luck" snacks for swim meets. He is someone who always reminds me of the nourishment that I need and deserve, especially on meet day. These remind me of my dads kind words and wisdom. As my dad would say, food is FUEL!
So this one is a classic ladies and gents, a CLASSIC!
Ingredients
- Kirkland Organic PB 1/3
- Bobs Red Mill WHOLE GRAIN old fashioned rolled oats 3 cups
- Organic Wholesome Pantry Honey 1/4
- 2 scoops of Herbalife formula 1 pb cookie
- Dark Chocolate Chips 1/3 - 1 tbsp of water
Throw all this in a bowl and just mix it up! What you gotta do is make little balls, and leave them in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes. Then they should be super duper good:) OO you know what tastes super duper good, dip those babies in melted dark chocolate. Now thats some good stuff my friends.
BANANA BREAD GRANOLA
